Assembly Operative
Job Description
In this busy production role, you'll be a crucial part of the manufacturing team, interpreting drawings and measurements, assembling prefabricated steel components to specification, and ensuring TOTAL quality.
Our assembly operatives work in a fast-paced environment, using various tools such as angle grinders and handling welding materials and manual welding equipment (MIG/MAG) as needed.
Previous assembly or welding experience, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage and self-motivate, will ensure your success in this role.
You must be able to read basic technical drawings and have an awareness of Health & Safety Standards, with a sound knowledge of assembly processes, welding equipment, and materials.
We are pleased to offer a full-time permanent position with 20 days of annual leave per annum plus bank holidays, along with additional days for the Christmas break!
Your pay rate will be based on your performance and experience, with opportunities for progression within the business through our training and development programs.

Pay: 13.10-14.70 per hour
