Position Summary




Your day-to-day




Goods Receipt:

Ensuring inbound couriers are directed safely across the yard to the appropriate unloading bay. Unloading of delivery vehicles and review of delivery paperwork ensuring that delivery guidelines are met. Transfer of MRO returns to the MRO drop off zone. Receipt of deliveries against PO's in SAP. Generation of GRN's and labelling of materials. Transfer of materials to quality inspection or put away areas. Scanning of delivery paperwork.

Put away of materials:

Put away of goods into appropriate storage area (VLM, VNA, Exterior Stores)

Picking:

Picking from storage locations into appropriate order container e.g. kit box, bag, tote box. Labelling of decanted materials where required. Transfer picked orders to tug marshalling area, awaiting quality inspection or packing area.

Deliver to production zones:

Collection and drop off trolleys between warehouse and production zones. Scanning of transfer orders to production zones. Manual transfer of non-production items between external storage and production zones.

Prepare for dispatch:

Packaging and labelling of orders to packaging specifications. Generations and signature of dangerous goods note. Transfer of packed orders to shipping area.

Dispatch:

Ensuring outbound couriers are directed safely across the yard to the appropriate loading bay. Handover of correct deliveries to outbound courier and retrieve signed collection note. Handover collection note to shipping and update delivery board.

Inventory Management:

Completion of cycle counts. Completion of stock movement tasks between storage types.

Qualifications




Who we are looking for



Previous warehouse/Manufacturing experience on shopfloor in roles such as Picker, packer, storekeeper or materials controller Logistics or supply chain background on the shopfloor Open to learning, with understanding of manufacturing Good level of communication Good target & timeline keeping
