is a manufacturer of single-use medical devices based in Patna, East Ayrshire. We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operators to work within a cleanroom environment.

Observe the principles of GMP, Working Procedures, General Rules and Company Procedures within the Quality and Health & Safety systems.
Duties / Responsibilities / Authority:
Assemble and/or manufacture Nuline Medical products in line with the product specifications.
Observe the principles of GMP, SOP's, product specifications and the rules and procedures of the company.
Complete all records relating to assembly / manufacture of the products being worked upon.
Maintain vigilance to remove and report all components and materials which are non-conforming.
Complete all work operations in a timely manner and at a time consistent with planned and budgeted times.
Communicate effectively with the line manager and other managers. Undertake all necessary training and competency tests to carry out the above job specification.
Carry out instructions issued by the Assembly Supervisor.
Ensure all assembly and manufacturing operations are conducted in accordance with documented controls and carried out in a manner that ensure product specifications, tolerances and regulatory requirements are met.
Clean production areas to ensure environment is maintained in a state which meets the requirements for the manufacture of medical devices.
Complete all documentation to record individual work activities
Report any activity which contravenes the company health and safety policy and quality management policy.
