Department.

Upon joining the Assembly
Department, you will receive all of the necessary training for
you to succeed in the role.
Main areas
of responsibilityinclude:
leading and supervising teams of Assemblers to ensure production plans are achieved, in a safe working environment and in the most efficient way;
ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards within the Department and KUK;
allocating resources to ensure quality, cost and delivery targets are achieved on a daily basis;
working closely with other manufacturing and associated Departments to ensure smooth production is achieved;
developing, delivering and achieving Department Activity Plans;
positively promoting employee involvement in Quality Circles, Komatsu Way and Culture change.
Candidate requirements:
candidates should have a good understanding of the KUK Assembly process or manufacturing processes in another business;
have proven leadership, communication and organisation skills;
have a strong team oriented mindset;
good IT skills;
*be able to present data, projects and activities to a wide range of audiences.
