NP Aerospace is hiring Assembly Technicians to join our production team in Coventry. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on assembly experience who want to be part of high-impact defence manufacturing projects.

These are full-time, 6-month contract roles with the potential to be extended.

What you'll be doing

You'll support the assembly of mechanical systems and components for military vehicles, working to clear instructions and high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Assemble parts and components using basic hand tools and jigs Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately Check parts and builds against quality standards and specifications Work with production team leads to meet daily build targets Maintain a clean and safe working environment Support team-wide continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

We're seeking candidates with previous assembly or production line experience, ideally in a manufacturing, automotive, or defence environment.Experience in hands-on assembly or mechanical production Able to follow instructions and technical drawings Confident using tools, fasteners, and fixtures correctly Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Keen to develop new skills and contribute to team targets
