We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. A knowledge of electronics is also desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting materials, assembling components and products with precision, ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities

Cutting of material for machinists to sew. Assemble parts and components according to technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Use hand tools and power tools to efficiently complete assembly tasks Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean and organised workstation to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Report any defects or issues encountered during assembly to supervisors promptly Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during operations

Skills

Mechanical & electrical knowledge with an understanding of assembly processes Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Experience in assembly work, preferably within a warehouse or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates

This is an hourly paid job & pay will be dependent on previous experience.
