As part of our expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused Assessment Officer to join our Student Recruitment & Admissions Team.

As an Assessment Officer, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and assessment of potential students applying through education agencies. You will conduct interviews, evaluate academic and personal qualifications, and ensure students meet the required standards for admission.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured interviews with prospective students (online and/or in person).
Assess applicants' academic qualifications, motivations, and suitability for selected programs.
Coordinate with education agencies and recruitment partners to streamline applicant evaluations.
Maintain accurate records and reports of student interviews and outcomes.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the admissions team.
Ensure all assessments are conducted fairly, professionally, and in line with institutional policies.
Support outreach efforts to improve the quality and readiness of applicants.
Requirements:
Experience in student admissions, assessment, recruitment, or a similar field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and objectivity in evaluation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assessments daily.
Comfortable using digital platforms for virtual interviews and data entry.
