Ensure outstanding and regular training is delivered by Team Leaders to support continuous development and operational excellence. Lead on audit readiness and ensure accurate record-keeping for all QA activities. Conduct regular performance reviews, 1:1s, and team meetings to ensure high performance, engagement, and staff development. Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across both teams

Work collaboratively with the wider management team to review and improve cross-functional processes. Ensure alignment with organisational goals and keep the Head of Operational Services informed of key updates. Lead on broader management responsibilities as required, contributing to strategic planning and operational delivery. Provide regular Management Information (MI) reports and updates to the Head of Operational Services, highlighting performance, risks, capacity, and improvement opportunities.
