Are you passionate about helping apprentices achieve their full potential?

We're looking for a motivated and organised Apprenticeship Coordinator to support learners through every stage of their apprenticeship journey, from induction to successful gateway. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll deliver training, review progress, and ensure apprentices receive the support and challenge they need to thrive.

You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, quality, and learner engagement, contributing directly to the success of The Colleges' Partnership's apprenticeship programmes across the Armed Forces and wider apprenticeship sector.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering engaging and effective training sessions across assigned apprenticeship standards

- Conducting progress reviews and ensuring learners remain on track for achievement

- Delivering Functional Skills and Employment Rights & Responsibilities training

- Mentoring and coaching apprentices to build confidence and independence

- Ensuring accurate completion of apprenticeship documentation in line with DfE and company policy

- Supporting internal quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement activity

What you'll bring:

- Level 4 Assessor Coach or Learning & Skills Teacher qualification (or willingness to work towards)

- Sector competence in Aviation Ground/Movement Specialist standards

- Experience in apprenticeship delivery, training, or assessment

- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a learner-centred approach

- A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships

We offer:

- Salary: 28,162 - 30,854 (once/if qualified)

- 25 days' holiday + bank holidays + discretionary Christmas closedown (approx. 40 days per year)
