We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team of experienced staff delivering high quality AAT/ Apprenticeship training and CPD provision.
Your job role will include supporting apprentices to build their portfolio of evidence and prepare for their End Point Assessment. You will also be involved in the review process supporting learners to develop the skills required to perform to a high standard in the workplace and keep on track with their training plan. This will include support with Apprenticeship teaching sessions, monitoring the Off The Job Training records and preparation for their Professional Discussions.
Part of the job role will include working with our marketing administrator to create content for our website and marketing of our CPD and Apprenticeship Programmes. Undertaking duties relating to the marketing of CPD courses and PTC's including maintaining the accuracy of information on the website and social media platforms, liaising with the relevant people for updates, issues, running of campaigns or any changes to the website or our database.
Flexibility is required as you will also be a key part of the office team supporting the wider delivery of high-quality AAT qualifications and provision of CPD for our members. This will include supporting our accountant with the production of the annual accounts and invoicing as well as supporting the Managing Director with detailed budgets for funding and planning purposes.
You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative. For this role you need to have experience of working in a business or finance environment and hold an Assessor qualification or be willing to work towards one within the first year of employment. You must have English and Maths at Level 2 or above and have competent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office. Preferably you will be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in a finance or business-related field or qualified by experience and a Business or Professional Accountancy qualification (e.g., AAT / CIMA / ACCA, etc) is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
