We're looking for a
motivational and detail-oriented Skills Coach
to join our team. If you're passionate about Accountancy, have a strong understanding of AAT qualifications, and want to make a real impact on learners' journeys, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality coaching and mentoring to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey through levels 6/7/8 (Scotland) Conduct detailed skills gap analyses to identify learner starting points and development needs.
Facilitate regular progression reviews, setting SMART targets and ensuring timely achievement of qualifications.
Build strong relationships with employers, integrating them into the learning journey.
Provide academic and pastoral support, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Maintain accurate learner records on BUD, ensuring compliance with quality and funding standards.
Promote and embed Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding, British Values, Prevent, and Health & Safety in all learning sessions.
Use digital tools effectively to support blended learning delivery.
Please note that this role will be delivering to learners based in Scotland undertaking levels 6/7/8 AAT. This equates to levels 2/3/4 in England. If you are qualified to levels 2/3/4 we'd like to hear from you, as this is a full remote based role.

What We're Looking For
AAT qualified (minimum Level 4 for England or level 8 Scotland).
Hold teaching or assessing qualification (CAVA, AET etc)
Strong understanding of AAT standards and assessment criteria.
Experience managing assessments and learner caseloads.
Excellent communication, time management, and digital delivery skills.
