Assessor Trainer Motor Vehicle - Permanent, 14.4 hours per week (Thursday & Friday) based at Broxbourne Campus - Salary 14,334 plus market supplement of up to 2,000 (pro rata), depending on experience and qualifications - Holiday Entitlement - 25 Days + Bank Holidays pro rata, Closing Date - 15th August 2025 @ Midday

We are recruiting an Assessor Trainer- Motor Vehicle to work at Hertford Regional College (HRC), based in the Broxbourne Campus, to ensure the effective delivery of all components of an apprentice's journey from the point of enrolment through to timely completion.

About The Role

To support the successful enrolment, delivery, assessment, and achievements of apprentices. Working closely with employers to support apprentices throughout their journey to achievement. To ensure all apprentices achieve timely and overall outcomes on Apprenticeship standards within identified subject areas/specialisms.

About You

You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Motor Vehicle and have occupational experience within the motor vehicle industry. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing a caseload of learners or apprentices and employers. You will have experience working with Apprenticeship Standards and experience of workplace assessing.

This role will suit someone who is seeking a part-time Assessor Trainer role where you can ensure the best outcomes and progression for the apprentices of today and the future.
