At Aquaterra Energy we specialise in providing engineering solutions and equipment to the global offshore energy industry - helping clients drive efficient and sustainable offshore operations from drilling and field development, to decommissioning, carbon capture and storage, renewable, and hydrogen projects.
Aquaterra Energy is seeking an experienced and organised Asset Coordinator to support our team at our Operations base in Great Yarmouth on a six month fixed term contract. This role will be pivotal in updating and tracking company assets across various departments. It will involve maintaining accurate records, regularly updating the company's tool database, and ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES
Ensure all asset information on the company tool database is up to date and accurate.
Liaise with QHSE to ensure all MRB certificate is transferred and logged on company tools database and tool files.
Maintaining and reviewing records associated with the maintenance/testing/recertification of AEL assets.
Ensure all upcoming recertification requirements are identified and actioned.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to assess asset status, needs, risks and progress.
Participate in inventory stock checks.
Ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with AEL policies and procedures and in line with ISO guidelines/requirements.
ABOUT YOU
Minimum of five years experience in a Asset Coordinator, logistics or inventory management role
Knowledge of offshore operations or energy sector assets is desirable
Competent in Microsoft Office and asset management software
Work accurately to deadlines with minimum supervision
High levels of perseverance when faced with challenging situations.
