This is an exciting opportunity for an Asset Data Analyst to join the Asset Strategy team at L&Q.

The Asset Strategy team are responsible for developing and communicating the major works investment programme, which is looking to be upwards of \xc2\xa33bn over the next 15 years, this is the largest investment in existing homes the sector has ever seen.

The investment will include traditional component replacement programmes, complex projects, remodelling of dwellings in blocks, retrofit and energy efficiency measures, mechanical & electrical replacement and be aligned to fire remediation projects.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for:

\xc2\xb7 Developing the Major Works investment plan of up to \xc2\xa3200m per annum in what will be the largest capital investment programme in the sector

\xc2\xb7 Championing new ways of working including the use of technology e.g. Power BI to improve the way we develop our programmes

\xc2\xb7 Working with stakeholders across the business to deliver the largest positive impact to our residents including plans for Net Zero energy retrofit measures

\xc2\xb7 Support the communication of those plans to internal and external stakeholders

To be considered for this role candidates must be able to demonstrate:

\xc2\xb7 Detailed knowledge of housing, business planning and asset management systems such as Keystone, Pimms, QL or other stock condition \\ asset data systems

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the housing sectors regulatory and statutory requirements

\xc2\xb7 Highly analytical and able to use and build multiple, complex data sources inc. SQL, Excel to draw effective conclusions

\xc2\xb7 Commitment to providing high levels of customer service

\xc2\xb7 Experience in data administration, management and change control processes

\xc2\xb7 Experience of using Power BI \xe2\x80\x93 Desirable
