Job Description

Our Vacancy

Your typical day could start with reviewing asset data from a newly completed development, ensuring it's accurately uploaded into our systems and ready for operational use. You might then meet with Building Managers to provide updates on compliance data and support them in managing their stock. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve our systems, particularly Swordfish, Keystone and EDMS, ensuring that property and building safety information is complete and usable. Your work will directly impact how we manage our homes, keep residents safe, and plan for the future.

You're detail-oriented and data-savvy, with a passion for getting things right. You'll enjoy working collaboratively across teams and using your technical knowledge to solve problems and improve services. You'll be based in the office for key collaboration days, with flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. Your role covers everything from data analysis to reporting and stakeholder engagement. If you're motivated by accuracy, compliance, and making a difference for residents, we'd love to hear from you.
