Asset Management Analyst (Energy)
- You will be working as an Interim Asset Management Analyst for Energy with a social housing provider in Essex.
- 300 per day (Inside IR35 via an umbrella company).
- 12-Month Contract.
- Temporary, Full-time.
- Based in Essex 4 days per week.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
- Previous experience in an asset management or real estate analysis role is preferred.
- Knowledge of social housing regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, showing initiative and foresight.
- Previous experience with asset data systems e.g. (MRI, Orchard, Sava Intelligent Energy) or similar is desirable.
- Proven experience in building surveying, repairs, and maintenance within residential or commercial property sectors.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) desirable.
