Asset Management Analyst (Energy)

  • You will be working as an Interim Asset Management Analyst for Energy with a social housing provider in Essex.
  • 300 per day (Inside IR35 via an umbrella company).
  • 12-Month Contract.
  • Temporary, Full-time.
  • Based in Essex 4 days per week.
Asset Management Analyst (Energy) Responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
  • Previous experience in an asset management or real estate analysis role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social housing regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, showing initiative and foresight.
  • Previous experience with asset data systems e.g. (MRI, Orchard, Sava Intelligent Energy) or similar is desirable.
Asset Management Analyst (Energy) Applicant Essentials
  • Proven experience in building surveying, repairs, and maintenance within residential or commercial property sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) desirable.
