A dynamic UK real estate investment and asset management platform is seeking a bright and proactive Asset Manager (MRICS, 2+ years PQE) to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a clientside role, working across a portfolio of shopping centre assets within a well respected and growing team.

The Opportunity:

You'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for the performance of key retail assets across major UK cities. The role spans the full asset management lifecycle - from leasing and income optimisation to project delivery, service charge oversight, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on value creation.


You'll work closely with senior asset managers and development professionals, gaining strong exposure and autonomy. The culture is inclusive, supportive, and focused on long-term growth and impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

MRICS qualified with circa 2+ years post-qualification experience Background in retail property management, leasing, or asset management (clientside or advisory) Solid understanding of leasing, service charges, valuations and stakeholder management Organised, commercially minded and confident working across multiple sites Willingness to travel within the UK as required
