The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and organised Intern to provide project support and administration support to our asset management teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience within an engineering-led consultancy or professional services environment.

You will support day-to-day project activities and help ensure information, documentation, and processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support across asset management and engineering projects Assist with project coordination, including scheduling meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining project documentation Support preparation, formatting, and quality checking of technical reports, presentations, and client documents Maintain project records, asset information, and shared files in line with internal procedures Assist with data handling, basic analysis, and updating spreadsheets or asset registers Support internal team administration and general office tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience



Have completed a degree or qualification in a relevant subject, such as: Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related), Asset Management, Project Management, Business or Operations Management Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Personal Attributes

Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving. Strong communication and teamwork skills across multi-disciplinary teams. Eager to learn and develop in asset integrity and risk management. Commitment to safety and reliability in oil & gas operations.
