As the Assistant Account Executive at Innovation Visual, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our Client Services team and ensuring effective communication and coordination of our client accounts. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks, from organising and scheduling client meetings to managing communication, proofreading, and helping the Client Leads\xe2\x80\x99 pull together client reports. In addition, you will be responsible for booking Client Services team meetings and workshops and maintaining and updating the hub\xe2\x80\x99s data and spreadsheets. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and we are looking for someone with strong drive and ambition. Withing 3-6 months of being in this role, we would expect you to start leading your own client accounts. Initially, these accounts will be smaller, but your success with the smaller accounts will open the door to working with larger ones, allowing you to advance within your career.
This is a hybrid working arrangement with around 1-2 days a week working in our Guildford office and 3-4 days a week working from home.







What you\'ll be doing: Client Meeting Coordination: You will take the lead in organising and scheduling client meetings, ensuring they align with both the Client Lead and relevant team members and well as the client\xe2\x80\x99s availability. On occasion, you will arrange in-person meetings, coordinating the venue and necessary arrangements, ensuring a seamless process. Communication and Documentation: Your role involves supporting the Client Leads by assisting them to give regular communications to clients, keeping them informed about project progress, milestones, and updates. You will also be attending client meetings, taking comprehensive meeting notes, and efficiently distributing action items. Project Management: Assisting the client leads to write briefs and communicating and distributing them to the delivery team. Following up on tasks to ensure they are completed. Proofreading and Quality Control: To maintain the high-quality standard of our work, you will engage in thorough proofreading of digital marketing assets, ensuring all work that goes out the door will meet or exceed the client expectations. Report Compilation: You will assist the Client Leads to prepare regular reports for our clients, summarising digital marketing performance and delivering key insights. This involves collating data to help our Client Leads make informed decisions. Team Meeting Coordination: You will support the Client Services Manager to organise a monthly virtual Client Services team meeting, sending out the agenda in advance and distributing any meeting notes and actions after the meeting. Client Services Team Workshops: You will be responsible for organising quarterly in-person workshops for our Client Services team. This includes coordinating the logistics of the workshop and assisting in content development as needed. Data and Spreadsheet Management: Maintaining and updating data and spreadsheets is integral to your role. You will ensure that all data and information are current and readily available to support our client accounts and internal processes. Documentation and CRM Management: You will contribute to maintaining vital client information in the CRM system which is essential for streamlining communication and engagement. Assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks: Provide support to the client services hub with ad-hoc tasks including ordering anniversary gifts, client care, administrative duties, as well as getting involved with digital marketing tasks under the supervision of a Digital Marketing Lead. Digital Marketing Tasks: You will assist the whole team with various digital marketing tasks when required. This can range from written content work to editing videos or supporting the technical delivery team. Managing Client Accounts: After 3-6 months of assisting and shadowing the Client Services team, you will start to lead on a number of our smaller B2B and B2C client accounts with the support of a senior client lead. This involves communicating regularly with clients, managing expectations, collecting feedback, addressing their concerns, reporting, and keeping them informed about progress made.


About You:
The Role will be a great fit if you have:
  • Experience within a customer service role that involves collaborating with the same clients on a long-term basis, such as client facing project management roles or an agency environment.
  • An understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Some knowledge of digital marketing channels such as content, SEO, PPC.
  • Proficiency in managing data and spreadsheets.
  • Previous experience in a co-ordination position which involved organising client meetings, workshops, and team meetings.
It would be a bonus if you have:
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Account Management experience leading client accounts

  • Organised Approach: Demonstrate an organised and hardworking approach to your work, ensuring that client and team needs are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Managing and Following-Up on Multiple Tasks: The ability to act as a liaison between the Client Lead and the delivery team, juggling multiple tasks and ensuring they are completed on time and align with client objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to Effectively collaborate with our internal teams, including the Delivery team, MarTech, Biddable, SEO & Content, digital analysts, and web developers, is vital for seamless and impactful delivery.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Being able to quickly connect and build rapport with clients and team members while actively building trust.
  • Demonstrate long-term potential to lead a client account: Exhibit the potential required to lead client accounts within six months of starting in the role. Demonstrating the capability to take charge and guide client relationships to successful outcomes.
  • Responsive to mentoring, a willingness to learn, and being proactive: Demonstrate a responsive approach to being mentored by the client leads, displaying a strong willingness to learn, and proactively seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Working Conditions
  • Able to work hybrid with visits to the office at least once per week
