To support Key / Regional Account Managers in the management and maintenance of all written and verbal customer communications directly associated with your own portfolio, customer base or region.
Predominantly working for an assigned Account Manager or when required for multiple account managers within the Customer Services Department.
To assist in building, negotiating, renewing, and maintaining customer relations and aiding in the generation of sales by producing quotations, reports, RAMS and any other supporting documentation.
To assist with logistical support and the ordering of goods and materials as required.
To support Account Managers to immediately report and react to any client needs quickly and professionally, making every effort to ensure that problems are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
Support, manage, share knowledge, encourage best practices, and help develop techniques with other staff members, including Account Managers and trainee Account Managers as required.
Required Experience.
Current Microsoft suite skills in an office environment.
Good operational administrative experience.
Have some practical competency in basic software accounting.
Able to demonstrate an ability to work within a team.
Preferred Experience.
Experience in the Electronic Security Industry.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (08:00-16:00 or/ and 09:00-17:00) based on 37 Hours per week (Full Time) excluding public holidays.
Place of Works:
Your place of work will be at a Cornerstone Stevenage office five days per week.
Salary:
BAND 2: 26k - 29k (subject to experience).
Probation:
Six months for external candidates
Pay: 26,000.00-29,000.00 per year
