The Company



Amirose London is an established contract manufacturer of health & beauty products. We produce a complete offering of different products including bathcare, skincare, haircare, tanning, baby, and perfume product categories to name a handful. We offer a service to our customers from creating formulations, sourcing components, manufacturing, filling, delivery, and compliance. We are certificated by BRC, ISO22716, COSMOS and SEDEX amongst others. We work with brand owners, and high street retailers. The facility based in Thetford has been operating since 2001.

Job Purpose:



To provide essential organisational, administrative, and project support to the Commercial Account Management team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and delivery of high-quality customer service. The role covers direct responsibility for a portfolio of static or low-touch accounts, ensuring timely execution of requests, internal coordination, and support across all stages of the commercial process.

Key Responsibilities



Commercial Support & Administration



Support Account Managers by setting up product bille of Materials costings and briefs Assist in maintaining accurate product pricing and records in internal systems (e.g., Rubicon). Create and update sales summaries. Manage and maintain low-volume or static accounts with guidance from Account Managers. Communicate directly with customers where needed to ensure smooth coordination and accurate delivery. Ensure timely fulfilment of all account requirements including order tracking, sample submissions, and stock management. Updating forecast with new orders and aligning current with the plan dates Creating Sales orders and price maintenance on Rubicon Running inventory sweeps and issue to Account Managers for action

Operational & Project Coordination



Post parcels / send submission forms to customers / chase submission forms Keep a record of submission samples, when due and when sent out. Request packaging samples / colour plaques Request samples on the lab sheet / chase up when due Set up compatibility requests, manage comps / bulk and push through Request leak tests / dip tube tests and filing results with Pack Tech Raise SOs for samples from warehouse Raise disposal and sweep orders, tracking progress through to completion. Maintain organised and accurate records of account activity, pricing, orders, and sample submissions. Ensure all digital and physical filing is up to date and easily accessible to team members. Organise and manage logistics for customer visits, site tours, and internal review meetings
Additional duties as and when required

Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with both internal and external contacts Ability to prioritise effectively, work under pressure, and manage changing priorities. Strong team ethic and a willingness to support colleagues at all levels. Flexible and adaptable

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
