Job Description
Grafton Banks Finance are working with a commercial services company with offices in Brighton, East Sussex to recruit an experienced Finance Manager on a full time permanent basis. Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations, reporting, compliance, and collaboration with senior leadership and external partners.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, authorise and issue payments, resolve discrepancies
- Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, manage collections, monitor aged debt, handle billing queries
- Transactions & Reconciliation: Record all financial transactions and reconcile accounts accurately
- Payroll & Benefits: Ensure timely payroll and manage statutory deductions and benefits
- Budgeting & Reporting: Assist with forecasts, analyse financial data, and present reports to management
- Compliance & Audit: Conduct internal audits and monitor regulatory compliance
- Strategic Support: Provide financial insights for decision-making and liaise with senior teams.
