Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
Support the finance team with audits and compliance checks.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and reports.
Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Skills
Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is advantageous but not essential.
