Job Description
Easy Truck Material Handling Ltd are the official Toyota Material Handling dealer in the Midlands. We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Accountant with excellent attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are vital for this role. This role is office-based Monday to Friday
8.00am - 4.30pm - Monday - Thursday
8.30am - 4.00pm - Friday
:
General ledger bank posting and bank reconciliation
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Cashflow Input
Initialise Supplier Payment Process
Manage Petty Cash
Assisting with the preparation of Management & Financial Accounts
Support the Year-End process
Journals
Quarterly VAT
Manage the Asset/Stocking Facilities
Provide holiday cover for the sales and purchase ledger clerk
Support any Ad Hoc related Tasks
Key Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of Sage 50 is advantageous
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP / SUMIFS / PIVOT TABLES)
Month-End Experience
Excellent numeracy skills & attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Team Player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00 per year
