• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner within the Accounts Payable function.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Assist with payment runs and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain clear and organised documentation for audit purposes.
• Provide support to the wider Accounting & Finance team as required.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address queries.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

A successful AP Specialist should have:

• A strong background in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
