We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, innovative, and eager to grow in the finance and property space. You will be instrumental in supporting our clients to set up and manage their own FICs, ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations and maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
FIC Incorporation & Structuring
Collaborate with consultants to finalise appropriate FIC structures.
Conduct AML checks for onboarding and periodic review.
Coordinate company formation, including share structures and Articles of Association.
Register new companies with Companies House.
Draft and review incorporation documents and filings.
Compliance Management
Prepare and file Confirmation Statements accurately and on time.
Manage amendments to share structures and ownership when required.
Maintain and update statutory registers and company records.
Ongoing Management
Oversee changes to company structure and annual compliance.
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding their FICs.
Monitor all legal and reporting deadlines to ensure full compliance.
Financial & Tax Reporting
Prepare and submit annual accounts in line with accounting standards.
Complete and file Corporation Tax Returns (CT600) to HMRC.
Liaise with clients for approval and ensure timely submission.
Trust Registration & Client Communication
Register relevant trusts using HMRC's Trust Registration Service (TRS).
Keep clients informed of relevant deadlines, regulatory changes, and filings.
General Administration
Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all FICs and trusts.
Organise documentation in compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
Support clients with routine administrative tasks, such as director appointments and share transfers.
What We're Looking For
Accounting background or actively studying for an accountancy qualification.
A motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
Minimum GCSE Mathematics grade C (or equivalent).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred.
Ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Must be trustworthy, discreet, and capable of working independently and in a team.
