Noriker Power is a leading renewable energy integrator and developer specialising in battery storage projects that support the UK and Ireland's power grids. We have built over 350MW of advanced battery and hybrid facilities, and with a pipeline of investment ready, large scale projects

As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Manager and wider team with day-to-day accounting tasks. You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of financial activities and have opportunities to grow your skills as the business develops.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate ledgers Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely manner Assist with VAT returns and other statutory filings Provide support during audits and year-end processes Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. Carry out ad hoc financial analysis and provide support as required

Requirements

Degree qualified in the UK, or qualified/partially qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) At least one year experience in an accounting or finance role. Diligent, detail-driven, and passionate about getting things right the first time. Proficient in spreadsheet and accounting software. Organised, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges and grow. Must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
