The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in supporting the accounting and finance department within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This permanent position is based in Glasgow and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of financial operations.

• Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and financial documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
• Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.
