We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Accountant
to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about accounting and enjoys working directly with clients. You will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations while ensuring clear and timely communication with both clients and HMRC.
Accounting Tasks:
managing VAT returns, processing payroll, and preparing year-end accounts.
Administrative Support:
providing assistance with daily office tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Client & HMRC Communication:
Handling client and HMRC interactions regarding financial matters, inquiries, and compliance.
Attributes of the Ideal Candidate
Educational background in accounting or a strong foundation in basic accounting principles
Experience with or knowledge of accounting software such as Xero
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Great communication skills
Fluency in English and Korean (both required)
How to proceed
1st round -
a casual chat with our manager
2nd round -
an in-person interview with our manager and myself. We will ask the client to walk through their CV and ask questions to assess whether the individual is suitable for the role or not. There will be a short oral English test during the session as well.

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
