The Role

The opportunity has arisen for an ambitious assistant accountant to join our Club L London Finance Team, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. This role will be to fully support the busy finance department in ensuring accurate and timely management accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support in the continuous improvement of month-end processes Supporting with the reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards Daily Order to Cash rec on multiple payment gateways Invoice processing and management of Purchase Order reconciliations Monthly Ad-hoc tasks around management accounts Continuous improvements of supplier relationship management Support with UK and ROW tax returns Administration tasks surrounding the monthly Payroll Ad-hoc reporting and analysis Support on the annual financial audit

Requirements

AAT qualified or working towards 3+ years experience within a Finance role Strong understanding and use of Microsoft Excel Results driven and strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and work with colleagues to ensure work is delivered on time
