• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Supporting with payroll preparation.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting function.

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:

• A background in accounting or finance within a similar role.
