Supporting Accounts Payable, including processing of payments
Supporting Accounts Receivable and credit control
Processing of sales invoices and expenses
Posting journals and performing control account reconciliations
Preparation of Fixed Assets register
Valuation of monthly stock take
VAT Returns, CIS, and RCT reports (UK and ROI)
Assist in preparation of budgets and cashflow forecasting
Assist with monthly management accounts and year end audit
Other ad hoc financial duties as required
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience
Qualified Accounts Technician / Part Qualified Accountant
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Sage 50 Accounts experience desirable
Focus on quality, detail, and a willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively both alone and in a team environment
Salary is negotiable depending upon experience and qualificaitons.
