Job Description
An ambitious Assistant Accountant is required to join a very successful organisation and provide all-round support for the Finance Director.
Some of your duties will include:
- Reporting to the Finance Director and assisting with the management of the accounts function
- Working on behalf of two Company's in the Group and processing timely supplier payments
- Matching supplier invoices wit purchase orders and coding to relevant project
- Reconciling supplier statements and preparing BACs and cheque payments
- Preparing monthly project cost report and forwarding to the commercial team
- Supporting the production of P & L reports and balance sheet reconciliations
