We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join a growing business in Nottingham on a permanent basis.
This role requires expertise in accounting and finance, with a focus on supporting financial operations and reporting.
Our client is looking for someone who is Part Qualified and studying towards a professional accounting qualification.
This is a fully office based role in Nottingham.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
• Support the reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor and manage financial transactions in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records and files.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
