Company:

Green Piling are specialists in the design, supply and installation of CFA, Precast Concrete & Steel Tube piles as well as Contiguous and Secant Retaining Walls, and restricted access/headroom projects.

Green Piling work on a diverse range of projects in Commercial, Industrial, Public Sector, Civil Engineering and Residential sectors. Working on contracts from 5k to 3m, using state of the art equipment and varying from the straightforward to the more unusual, we can offer bespoke geotechnical solutions for all our client's site-specific requirements.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy Accounts department:

Monday to Thursday - 9am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm. Holidays - 26 Days plus Bank holidays increasing with service. Auto Enrolment Pension - 10% employers pension contributions. Westfield Health. Death in Service benefit - x3 salary.
Working within the accounts team this role would deal in all aspect of finance.

Main Responsibilities:

Work with the Financial Controller to complete month end Management Accounts. Month End Journals & Prepayments & Accruals. Fixed Asset Register control. Bank Payments. Stock Control. VAT Reconciliation. Liaise with auditors, suppliers and customers over the telephone & email. Weekly payroll for approx. 50 staff members (holiday cover).
Experience Needed:

Experience within an accounts department. Experience with Coins ERP system an advantage. Excellent organisation skills, with strong attention to detail. Excellent IT Skills & highly computer literate. The ability and motivation to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications Required:

AAT Qualified minimum or QBE.
