ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
The role holder will work closely with team members who are the main points of contact for plan members in relation to their distribution, transfer or pension request and will assist the team in managing all aspects of the distribution from receipt of the request to payment of the benefits, following well defined processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Preparation of payments for invoices and distribution payments.
Deal with the preparation of Periodic Pension Payments to include member correspondence and working through a checklist.
Build relationships within the Employer Solutions department to provide our clients with excellent customer service.
Dealing with standard member queries and procedural driven actions with the assistance of senior members of the team.
Follow all relevant processes and procedures.
Ensure tasks are completed within the deadlines set.
Document trustee decision making.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of client entities.
Assist with collating and processing know your client ("KYC") documents from plan members.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident communicator (written and oral).
