Assistant Aftersales Manager - Yeomans Nissan Basingstoke

Known for our commitment to customer service and internal progression, we're now looking for an outstanding Assistant Aftersales Manager to help drive performance and customer satisfaction at our busy Nissan dealership.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Aftersales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service and parts departments

Acting as a role model front-of-house -- delivering exceptional service and motivating the team to do the same

Managing workshop loading, technician productivity and customer communication

Working closely with the manufacturer to meet all standards, KPIs and reporting expectations

Assisting with team development, training and process improvement

What We're Looking For:

You'll be the best customer advisor you know -- confident, customer-obsessed and process-driven

A proven background in the motor trade, ideally in a senior service advisor or team leader role

Ability to lead by example and support a high-performing team

Strong communication skills, resilience, and a solutions-focused attitude

Kerridge/CDK experience is a bonus but not essential

A full UK driving licence
