About Us:

Debonair Cooling is London's highest-rated air conditioning company, delivering premium installation and maintenance services across the capital. We are growing fast and looking for a dedicated Assistant Engineer to support our senior engineers on residential and commercial projects.

Role Responsibilities:

Assist with installation and servicing of air conditioning and refrigeration systems (split, multi-split, ducted etc.) Help with carrying and setting up tools, ladders and materials Support pipework, wiring and unit mounting under supervision Maintain cleanliness and organisation on site Communicate effectively with team members and represent the company professionally Learn and grow on the job with progression opportunities available

Requirements:

Previous experience in A/C or construction preferred, but not essential Willingness to learn and take direction Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders or rooftops Good communication and a proactive attitude Punctual, reliable, and presentable Full UK driving licence is a bonus
