to join our growing team and play a key role in helping us exceed ambitious growth targets. You'll work closely with the Senior Area Manager and technical teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions while developing strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing
Drive Business Growth
Identify and generate new project and specification opportunities within your region.
Actively contribute to increasing client base and overall revenue.
Build Strong Relationships
Manage key relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Deliver exceptional service and be a trusted point of contact.
Think Strategically
Support your Senior Area Manager in aligning area performance with company goals.
Help shape and deliver a shared vision for business growth.
Own Projects from Start to Finish
Assist in surveying, reporting, and creating detailed specifications tailored to each client.
Ensure high conversion rates and smooth project tracking.
Sell with Confidence
Maximise sales through CPD seminars, networking, and cold outreach.
Stay ahead of market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
Keep Data Sharp
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client and contractor interactions.
Be the Expert
Continuously develop your technical knowledge and apply it through every client touchpoint.
