Overview

We are seeking experienced and dynamic bar supervisors to assist our bar management team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a welcoming and positive personality a passion for customer service. This role requires a passion for delivering high-quality service in a vibrant environment, along with the ability to supervise staff effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent customer service. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production for bar snacks and meals. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting regular evaluations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Previous bar or restaurant or experience is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
