We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar team and ensure exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality environment in Marple. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar operations, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and guests. Responsibilities

Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring they deliver excellent service and adhere to company standards. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. Create innovative drink menus that reflect current trends while considering guest preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety practices. Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in line with company policies.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams within the hospitality sector. Strong knowledge of food production processes and culinary practices. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a restaurant or hotel environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with staff and guests.
