Job Description
We are an independent family owned Irish bar in Stoke Newington which has proudly been here for 30 years. We are passionate about hospitality and community and we are now looking for an equally passionate, creative and outgoing individual to join our teams as the Assistant Bar Manager.
We are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for someone who has a passion for hospitality to join the team and help the pub reach its full potential.
To Assist the General Manager with the day to day running of the venue To work closely with the team and help to develop them to a high standard To ensure the venue is operating in line with all licensing requirements To assist the General Manager with the planning and delivery of private and public events To assist the General Manager with Stock control and ordering when required To assist the General Manager with bringing in new business to the venue To step in for the General Manager when needed
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experiences in a supervisor or management role Must have a valid personal licence Must be charismatic and have a passion for great service Experience working with POS till systems Experience in independent pubs is a plus
