This role involves performing a variety of beauty services, including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage, while also engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met. The Beautician will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience and contributing to the salon's success.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty treatments, including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage. Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients and understanding their beauty needs. Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client check-ins. Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase work. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area and equipment. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong skills in customer service with an ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in makeup application, eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and barbering is highly desirable. Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes. Ability to upsell services and products confidently. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A valid qualification in beauty therapy or related field is preferred. A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.
