Key Responsibilities - Assistant Branch Manager
Team Leadership & Development:
Motivate and guide the team to achieve and exceed sales and lettings targets.
Lead by example during valuations, viewings, negotiations, and client meetings.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver coaching and mentoring.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain excellent relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants.
Handle client concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure a positive experience for every client from first contact to completion.
Sales & Lettings Performance:
Work with the Branch Manager to deliver business development strategies.
Monitor daily team performance and pipeline progress.
Oversee smooth transactions for both sales and lettings.
Analyse market trends and branch data to drive growth.
Compliance & Administration:
Ensure all work meets industry regulations, AML, GDPR, and Right to Rent.
Support with audits, file checks, invoicing, and admin processes.
Branch Operations:
Manage office resources, rotas, meetings, and daily operations.
Uphold health and safety standards.
Step up as Acting Branch Manager when required.
Marketing & Brand Development:
Work with marketing to plan and run local campaigns.
Promote the Frosts Estate Agents brand in the local community.
Implement new initiatives to attract clients and grow market share.
Problem-Solving:
Resolve operational challenges, client queries, and team concerns.
Handle disputes with care, ensuring client relationships stay strong.
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
Skills & Experience - Assistant Branch Manager
? Proven experience in estate agency at senior negotiator or assistant manager level.
? Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
? Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
? Good knowledge of property compliance (AML, GDPR, Right to Rent).
? Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
? Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
? Local market knowledge and industry qualifications (ARLA, NAEA) are a plus.
