The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Assistant Branch Manager in
Keynsham
.
Day to day supervision of branch team members and improving the branch customer experience and sales performance. Working alongside the Branch Manager to help maximise the sales and profitability of the branch as well as the efficient management of daily operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assisting customers on the trade counter and telephone as well as helping when needed to load.
Working with the Branch Manager on all aspects of branch development and customer service.
Stock replenishment from ordering materials to ensuring adequate stock levels.
Any other appropriate duties given by the Branch Manager.
Supervision of a team of colleagues.
Supporting the Branch Manager in the execution of the Sales plan for the branch.
Ensuring the safe and efficient management of daily operations.
Ensuring all branch activity is centered around the customer and ensuring they have the best possible experience.
Provide cover for the Branch Manager when required.
