In a Nutshell:



The Assistant Brand Manager will manage our bakery portfolio to ensure all products and suppliers meet the approved Brand standards, ensuring the sourcing team have clear direction for all ranging decisions.

Supporting the brand team to deliver communication for all communities and stakeholders internally and externally. Ensure the brand is represented consistently, with new tone of voice and within brand guidelines on all touchpoints.

What you need to do

Own the master Bakery range guidance document bringing together outputs from regional store research and Brand standards to clearly define exact product level specifications for our ranges.

Provide detailed guidance and briefs to supplier sourcing team for new bakery customers, suppliers or range extensions.

Participate in Product Forum where new bakery projects are approved.

Collate supplier stories to be leveraged in marketing plan and own the bakery testimonials we bring to life through marketing channels.

Create a plan and execute social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) including copywriting and managing content creation

Support the Head of Brand with the evolution of the new website including copywriting

Build a plan for regular newsletters to existing suppliers and execute including planning, copywriting, briefing to design, sending and analysing performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
