The role:

Support the promotion and development of our brands internally and externally, ensuring alignment with customer and consumer needs. Assist in coordinating cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Technical, Design, and Commercial to help identify and develop new product opportunities. Support the execution of new product launches across the full lifecycle - from concept through to delivery - helping to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Contribute to the development and delivery of consumer-facing communications across relevant channels. Assist with customer marketing communications to help build brand awareness and support sales. Help create and manage marketing materials, including packaging artwork, promotional literature, POS, advertising, and sales support tools. Conduct desk-based market and competitor research to help inform decision-making and identify future brand opportunities.

The Person:

Working in a similar role or a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for brands and consumer trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of organisation and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location).
