We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Business Consultant Manager
to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills who are eager to support business strategy, operations, and client engagement. You will work closely with senior consultants and management to drive business improvements, deliver insights, and support client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing consulting projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals for internal and client use.
Support client relationship management by addressing queries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring project satisfaction.
Track and analyse key business performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and interns where required.
Assist senior consultants and managers in business development activities, including preparing pitches and proposals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2-4 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or management support will also be preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business analysis tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective client relationships.
