About the Role
As an Assistant Manager in our Business Recovery & Restructuring team, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of insolvency and advisory cases. You'll work closely with directors, shareholders, creditors, and individuals in financial distress, helping them navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of corporate and personal insolvency appointments (e.g. administrations, CVLs, MVLs, bankruptcies)
Support senior team members in delivering restructuring and turnaround advice
Liaise with stakeholders, including directors, creditors, solicitors, and agents
Prepare statutory reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their development
Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management

What We're Looking For
ACA/ACCA qualified or CPI/JIEB qualified (or working towards).
Proven experience in an insolvency or restructuring role.
Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ideally, experience with IPS
