Assistant Car Sales Manager

to support daily operations and help drive performance within our sales department.

The Role

As an Assistant Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager and ensuring the smooth running of the showroom and sales operations. You will work closely with the sales team, providing leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to help achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the department Assist in managing and motivating the sales team to achieve targets Oversee vehicle presentation standards and stock management Maintain accurate records, sales documentation, and CRM activity Handle customer enquiries, negotiate deals, and support sales completion Help plan and deliver sales events, promotional activity, and showroom initiatives Monitor performance metrics and contribute to department performance reviews Ensure compliance with company policies, FCA regulations, and brand standards

About You

A strong Business Manager or Transaction Manager who is ready for the next step in Sales Management Previous experience in automotive sales is essential Strong communication and leadership skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Confident negotiating and building strong customer relationships Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering results Full UK driving licence required

Pay: 30,000.00-56,000.00 per year
